Residential Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a children’s home in the Longbridge area that supports four young people between the ages of 8-16 who have severe and complex needs.

Our client is dedicated to enabling each resident in their care to reach their full potential in a happy and safe environment.

To be considered you must:
• Have a minimum of 12 months of experience of working with young people
• Hold a L3 in Children and Young peoples workforce
• Be over 21 years of age

The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check and any relevant training courses required of the role (unless certificates for these courses are in date).
