Interim Crisis Manager – Are you an experienced Registered Manager who relishes the challenge of Crisis Management? We’re looking for somebody that has experience of managing a CQC registered supported living service or residential home and who has effectively improved an underperforming service to bring it up to a good standard of care delivery. On offer is an attractive salary package of £32,000 – £36,000, which may be negotiable.

The Crisis Manager / Registered Manager role

You’ll be taking on a service that has some quality and compliance issues and your focus will be on rectifying these and restoring its good reputation.

This will be a temporary position, with other opportunities possibly available at the end of the temporary term.

You’ll focus on staff recruitment, team building, providing effective leadership, care plan audits, medication audits, dealing with complaints and ensuring that care is delivered in line with CQC requirements.

The Successful Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced registered manager of CQC regulated services, who has strong leadership skills, who is compliance focused and who has ideally been a Crisis Manager / Interim Manager before or can evidence taking a service from inadequate to good.

You’ll be on the DBS update service, and be available to start within a week.
