Domiciliary Care Manager
£24,000 to £27,000 dependent on experience.
A quality-driven Care Manager is required to work as Domiciliary Care Registered Manager, to take the running of an established domiciliary care service in Tavistock providing high-quality care in the community to older people and vulnerable adults.
My clients are looking for an experienced Care Manager / Deputy Manager from a domiciliary care background, who understands the fast-paced and busy nature of domiciliary care management.

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the provision of high-quality care to clients in their own homes. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work as part of a growing care organisation with a great reputation nationally.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person as you will be working to ensure the further growth and development of the business, recruiting and training carers, carrying out risk assessments and reviewing care packages, taking a lead on CQC inspections and conducting quality audits.
Qualifications / Skills:
• NVQ in Management
• Previous experience in similar role as CQC Registered Manager essential.
• Excellent IT skills – must be competent user of Microsoft Office particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
