Residential Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a children’s home in the Sutton Coldfield area that supports four young people between the ages of 8-18 who have severe and complex needs.

Our client is dedicated to enabling each resident in their care to reach their full potential in a happy and safe environment.

The successful candidate will be required to work 3 days on, 3 days off on a rolling rota system which will include some weekends. Each shift is 15 hours long from 7am – 10pm.

To be considered you must:
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience of working with young people
• Hold any relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Preferably be a driver
• Be over 21 years of age

The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check and any relevant training courses required of the role (unless certificates for these courses are in date).
