Are you a passionate and dedicated Support Worker? With a real interest in making a difference in young adult’s lives?
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for a residential home in the Stirchley area that supports two young adults between the ages of 18-24 who have learning disabilities.
Our client is dedicated to enabling each resident in their care to reach their full potential in a happy and safe environment.
The successful candidate will be required to work 3 days on, 3 days off on a rolling rota system which will include some weekends. Each shift during the week is 3pm-10pm and any shift that falls on the weekend is 8am-10pm.
We can consider those who already have had Team leader or Senior experience. Or those who have worked as a Support Worker but had experience of rota management, shift leading, delegating tasks and staff supervisions. Making this a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker looking progress.

To be considered you must:
• Have prior experience of working with adults or young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
- Have prior experience of rota management, shift leading, delegating tasks and staff supervisions.
• Hold an NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care
• Preferably be a driver
• Be over 21 years of age
