Yes, we always interview our candidates face-to-face, prior to registering them on our system. This forms an integral part of the vetting and selection procedure and allows us to create shortlists with pinpoint accuracy. Quality is essential to our service.
The Temps4Care side of the business focuses primarily on temporary placements but sometimes can offer a temp to perm contract.
We also have a fantastic team of permanent recruiters at our sister company Recruits4Care, so we are more than capable of finding you a permanent position too.
