We are currently seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager for our client based near to Stockport. They are a leading provider of domiciliary care services, offering personalised home visits to support individuals in living well in their own homes.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement care plans for clients

Conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety of clients and staff

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
-
Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of care

Manage and resolve complaints and incidents effectively

Promote a positive culture within the organization

Develop and expand the services offered by the company
-
Promote and maintain high standards of care among the care team
-
Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
Requirements:

Relevant experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of care planning and risk assessment
-
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Leadership and team management abilities
-
Hold or willing to work towards Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care

Extensive care experience

Commercially aware
The Package:

Competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000
