Main Duties
Reporting to the owner the Registered Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Able to develop the optimum staff structure / rota and ensure that staff are available to fill the rota.
- Ensuring the home is compliant with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and OFSTED inspection framework.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of staff.
- Recruitment and training of staff.
- Ensuring that the team work effectively together and that all members of staff working consistently in the same way.
- Ensuring standard are maintained and improved.
Salary and benefits
As a Registered Manager you will be able to enjoy the following salary and benefits:
£50k to £60k basic salary - negotiable
28 days holiday a year including bank holidays.

Person Specification
Our Registered Manager must be someone with experience so: - A minimum of 3 years management experience in a Learning Disabilities / EBD Childrens residential home setting.
- Level 5 Qualification (Required)
- Significant experience of managing teams and line management.
